STEPS TO BECOME AN SFACC CLINICAL MEMBER:

STEP 1: Fill out the Application for Clinical Membership.

STEP 2: Upon completion we will review your application and verify you as a clinical member.

STEP 3: Once verified you will be sent a payment link. (credit card or check).

STEP 4: Once your payment has been received your information will be entered in the Provider Directory (unless you request otherwise), and pastors and potential clients will be able to find you when they are seeking counseling services.

Your presence in the Provider Directory will continue as long as you are an active member of SFACC. Membership lasts for one year, and you will be notified before your membership expires.

In Order To Join SFACC you must respond to the following:

Respond: Yes, if you believe and affirm the elements of the SFACC Statement of Faith.
 
Respond: No, if you do not agree with the SFACC Statement of Faith. If you responded no, please note your reservatons and these will be included in your profile.
