Rev. Randy Clarke has a BA in Psychology and Economics from Washington University, St. Louis, and earned his MDIV from Alliance Theological School, Nyack, NY. He was ordained by the Christian & Missionary Alliance and along with his wife, Alicia, planted River of Life Alliance Church in Grand Junction, CO. They then served as international workers for a year in Costa Rica while learning Spanish, and subsequently moved to Uruguay, South America where they lived for 3 ½ years and were involved in a church-planting team, teaching in the Bible Institute, small group ministry, preaching, and counseling. He was also directly involved in the development and formation of a counseling and life-skills outreach ministry in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Randy now serves as Lead Pastor of Palms West Alliance Church in Loxahatchee, FL, a multi-ethnic congregation involved in local and world-wide ministry.  As part of his pastoral responsibilities, Randy has counseled many couples using Prepare/Enrich, and provides individual pastoral counseling. Randy believes that 1 Timothy 3:4,5 reminds us that family is the proving ground for leadership. He desires to see marriages and families strengthened so that churches are stronger and healthier.
