Bob Schuemann is a Life Coach and received his training through The Institute for Life Coach Training. His training was specifically focused on Christian Life Coaching. In addition, Bob has a Master of Education with emphasis in Administration & Supervision. Bob is trained to administer the marital assessment PREPARE/ENRICH, Couple Checkup and teaches Couple Communication-Talking & Listening Skills for Couples. He regularly leads Dads That Make A Difference & Raising A Modern Day Knight seminars in addition to Boot Camp for New Dads.

In the past fifteen years, Bob has attended many seminars specializing in leadership development, marriage, fathering, sexual integrity and communication. Bob serves as the Chapel Leader for the Palm Beach Cardinals, a minor league professional baseball team.

For the past thirteen years, he has served as Executive Director of The Gathering/Palm Beach County. The Gathering/USA is a non-denominational ministry to men which has been in Palm Beach County for 21 years. The Gathering's main mission is to reach men to know Christ as their Savior and to disciple men to grow spiritually developing a personal relationship with Jesus.

Bob has been married to Margaret for 34 years and they are the parents of five children.
