Alicia brings her energy and life experience to the SFACC. She left a law firm Administrator position to take up teaching, (Sam's Club Teacher of the Year, 1999) after that she went to the mission field. She is married 34 years to Rev. Randy Clarke, and has served as a pastor's wife in Colorado and missionary to Uruguay, South America, for a combined total of twenty years. They have three grown children and nine grandchildren. Alicia and Randy moved to the Palm Beach County area to serve the Christian community by bringing hope and healing in Christ Jesus.

Alicia received training in Counseling at Alliance Theological Seminary and earned her M.A. in Counseling at Denver Seminary. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the State of Florida and is nationally certified under the National Board for Certified Counselors. She is also certified in the PREPARE/ENRICH marriage counseling program. She has experience counseling individuals and couples (in both Spanish and English) and is now serving at Palms West Alliance Church in that capacity.

Alicia is excited to combine her experience in Administration and Counseling as she seeks to develop and facilitate the SFACC vision of connecting and equipping the Pastors, Christians and mental health professionals of South Florida.
